		<description>No ressources, but anecdotal evidence: Cost-effectiveness in a small library means for me to be effective with my own time. I&#039;m the most costly factor in this game. I don&#039;t see big cost differences between the different vendors incl. the publisher. Therefore to save time I would engage an journal aggregator like Ovid, Ebsco or Swets.</description>
