		<description>Don&#039;t get excited about DynaMed.  In the tender for the replacement for PRODIGY we asked for a textbook style resource.  The winning bid, by Schin, included DynaMed in the bid - hence was included.

This reflects on a distinct lack of choice in the UK market, as opposed to an endorsement of DynaMed.  No-one I&#039;ve spoken to has much enthusiasm for this USA-biased resource!</description>
