Quosa really does a lot more than download and manage metadata for articles.

If OVID has better search interface technology, it should be given at no aditional charge to all customers...but I think Quosa is a third-party client, isn't it?

Besides, I don't want to have to use a client like OVID for this purpose, I want ot use PubMed. :p

Ovid has it! It's called Quosa. It is a PDF article organizer. It'll extract metadata from PDFs and sync with EndNote. Even better is it will "bulk download" full text from and Ovid results screen. (With a browser toolbar.)

Check it out:
http://www.ovid.com/quosa
http://www.quosa.com/

You can download a free trial at: http://www.quosa.com/.
