RSS in Plain English (Video)

Great, simple explanation of what RSS can do for the user.

There are two types of Internet users, those that use RSS and those that don’t. This video is for the people who could save time using RSS, but don’t know where to start.

I love the reversal of the arrows and the “Netflix vs. Video Store” analogy.

  1. David, thanks again for turning up yet again something invaluable. I’m going to spread this video far and wide among my colleagues who are still a little uncertain about what feeds and blogs are really about.

  2. Funny, we were just thinking doing a short tutorial on RSS here in UBC and here this video comes online…it saved a couple of hours of our valuable time, yay!
