I have listed some of the promissed medical wikis in the right bar here. My suggestion is that big and famous institutions such as the Cleveland clinic (where the founder of askdrwiki works and also clinical cases site is established) and other similar institutions have all the potential to build such wikis and to maintain them updated. The other thing I would like to say that thousands of physicians all over the world would applause this and donate to support it.
