Greasemonkey: Ovid straight to pdf

This neat GreaseMonkey user script for Firefox and Chrome users opens a PDF from Ovid in its own window instead of within the default frame.

It looks like what users want.

The Pubget firefox plugin does something similar but also for Wiley, EBSCO and some others.
